He used a seasoning of fresh thyme, oregano, rosemary and sea salt and implemented top-secret techniques to achieve a perfect caramelization on all sides of this beautiful cut. I’m pretty sure this was the best steak I’ve ever tasted, including all the filets I’ve eaten at Cattleman‘s.
I challenge anyone to beat Mr. Piggy’s meat (get your head out of the gutter). And I volunteer to be the taster judge.

I’m talking about the legendary Cattleman’s steak house at Indian Cliffs Ranch outside of El Paso, not the choss pile Cattlemen’s steak house in Sacramento.
