He used a seasoning of fresh thyme, oregano, rosemary and sea salt and implemented top-secret techniques to achieve a perfect caramelization on all sides of this beautiful cut. I’m pretty sure this was the best steak I’ve ever tasted, including all the filets I’ve eaten at Cattleman‘s.
I challenge anyone to beat Mr. Piggy’s meat (get your head out of the gutter). And I volunteer to be the taster judge.
